In 2019, The Learning Collective developed the methodology and materials for a strategic planning retreat with board members and senior leadership of Beginning with Children. The Learning Collective then facilitated a successful day-long strategic retreat with board members and staff members of this New York City organization. In 2021, we facilitated another retreat – this was a remote retreat in which everyone participated by Zoom as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022 and again in 2023 we also facilitated remote board retreats.
