For the past several years, the Office of Charter Schools of the New Jersey Department of Education has hired Adam Aberman of The Learning Collective to lead teams in evaluating proposals for new schools and assessing whether schools’ charters should be renewed. Increasingly, those schools, especially the proposed new schools, rely heavily on blended learning.
