The Learning Collective facilitated TMSA Public Charter Schools‘ board retreat. This charter management organization runs four schools across North Carolina. The conversation focused on appropriate roles and responsibilities of the board and staff members and concluded with board breakout groups in which the various board committees set achievable committee-specific goals for the academic year.
