It was a pleasure for Adam Aberman to run a workshop for independent charter school leaders on how to develop a strategic plan. The well attended session was called “Create a Strategic Plan” and took place in Albuquerque, NM, at the 2019 Independent Charter School Symposium. Adam helped found CPICS as a member of its Coordinating Committee.
