In partnership with the National Association of Charter School Authorizers (NACSA) and in association with the Florida Department of Education, The Learning Collective worked with Florida charter school authorizers to develop strategic plans. In September, 2018, The Learning Collective led a full-day workshop to develop authorizer-specific strategic plans for six Florida school districts.
