The Learning Collective has partnered with Academy of the City (AoC) on a number of projects since 2014 from charter renewal application assistance to school quality reviews. In 2016, we facilitated and produced a three-year strategic plan – a robust process described here. In 2017, we worked with AoC to develop staffing models for its middle school expansion. In 2020, we worked with the board and school leadership on transition planning and related organizational development. In 2021, we continued our work with AOC, including school leadership coaching as the school transitioned between executive directors. In 2022, we led the development of a new strategic plan for AoC.
