For 18 months, The Learning Collective worked with Inglewood Unified School District to help turnaround three of its failing schools through a School Improvement Grant.  In collaboration with district and teacher union officials, The Learning Collective helped develop and implement a cutting-edge teacher evaluation system based on six attributes: strategic planning and teaching, strategic data use and assessment, cultural competency, social justice, classroom culture and relationships, and professional accountability.Teacher Evaluation Systems in Inglewood
