In 2020, just a few weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic ceased in-person instruction, The Learning Collective evaluated the educational services and delivery of a Texas public school district. The other members of the Texas Legislative Budget Board team evaluated the management of the district’s business services, human resources, facilities, information technology, transportation management, safety and security, nutrition and community involvement.
